Betterlife expansion continues rapidly
Betterlife, our independent living and mobility product range, is experiencing ever increasing customer demand, and due to rapidly growing performance we have now opened three stores across the UK; our award winning store in Leeds, then two in Birmingham, in Wells Green and Castle Vale, and we are delighted to announce our fourth store has now opened.
The new store, located in Attleborough, Norfolk, is adjacent to an existing LloydsPharmacy branch, allowing customers to discuss their mobility and personal care needs with an expert, all under one roof. The innovative store concept permits customers to try the independent living range within a kitchen, bedroom, living and bathroom sets, which we have found to prove extremely popular with our customers.
The recent opening also celebrates the refurbishment of the LloydsPharmacy located next to the new Betterlife store, which has been transformed as part of a large scale roll-out across the UK. The revamped store has been kitted out so customers can benefit from enhanced services for a range of conditions, with particular emphasis on skin health and pain management. The new services at the store, alongside the launch of Betterlife, will provide customers with an environment in which to seek help and advice from knowledgeable colleagues on a huge range of healthcare issues all in the same location.
We are dedicated to ensuring that all of our customers’ needs are met no matter where they are located, which is why Betterlife products are available across the LloydsPharmacy network. We have also ensured the Betterlife range is available to our independent pharmacy customers via AAH Pharmaceuticals. We know many of our customers travel long distances to visit Betterlife stores, so while offering this unique in-store experience, we are also committed to making Betterlife a successful omichannel retailer, through online shopping, click and collect and the option to order in store and have items delivered directly to the customers’ homes.
